When you’ve placed your order, simply upload your logo to the Website Builder Form so we can fully personalise your website, or select the one of our Make Me A New Logo bolt-ons.

Review and accept our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
Submit
And we’re done! After this, we will send you a link to the Website Builder Form for your new website and our contact details for a kick-off chat to ensure we deliver on your expectations. We then connect everything up for you, and you’re done!

What do I Need / What can I get?
In order for us to get your online, we will require a couple of things.

If you do not have some of this ‘stuff’, we’ll help you. We offer bolt-ons which you can purchase like a new logo that will be added to your website.
All in all, we offer an “à la carte” type service, where by you can pick and choose what it is you need.
In order to build you a website, you will need some written content about your website ready, social media profile links, a logo, details of your services and pricing.
Should you not have any of these, we offer a service where by you can purchase them from us, and our development team / copywriters / graphic designers will be able to assist.
Long story short, we offer it all.

Our websites are created using WordPress.
The hosting and website is managed by us, which allows us to optimize the service you and visitors experience from your website. If you have problems or require small changes to your website content, our expert staff will take care of this for you. No extra cost (fair usage expected).

Our Logo Service
We offer 3 tiers of graphic design for your business logo. The 3 tiers are as follows.
Bronze (£39)
Our bronze logo design package will provide you with 3 initial logo concepts for your business, with a maximum of 2 revisions. The files you will receive will come in JPG & PNG File formats.
Silver (£59)
Our silver logo design package will provide you with 5 initial logo concepts for your business, with a maximum of 2 revisions. The files you will receive will come in JPG & PNG File formats, and you will also recieve the source files for these.
Gold (£299)
Our gold package is for a bespoke, custom designed logo to specification, whereby our graphic design team will (virtually) sit and work with you in order to design the logo you are looking for. This includes all file formats and 3 revisions as required.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can host the website myself?
No. We only offer a managed service, and do not sell the website as a theme for external use.
Will I have Admin access to the hosting or Website?
No. We only offer a managed service, and do not provide login credentials for either of these. If you would like changes, our staff will be able to do these for you.
With each package sold, you receive 2 free hours in which our design staff will make changes for you. Should you require more, you are able to hire a member of our development team in blocks of 2 hours.
How are your websites built?
We build our websites using WordPress, PHP 7.3
How do emails work?
Your emails will be set up and hosted on your server. To access them, you will need only your choice of email program (Apple Mail, Outlook etc), and we provide instruction for the rest. Mailboxes are free for one year, and then cost £2.99 a month per inbox.
Once these mailboxes are set up, you will be able to access them from the internet, or using the Flockmail app for Android and Apple. We will also provide you with the email settings for connecting these email accounts to your preferred email application, such as microsoft outlook & Mail for MacOS. Should you require assistance setting this up, we offer a support service bolt-on which you can buy as an extra.
What happens if my website gets hacked?
We control all aspects of security to ensure this does not happen. If it should, we will fix this without additional cost.
Can I make edits to my website?
If you would like changes to your website, please contact our support team, who will assign one of our designers at an hourly rate of £35 per hour in order to make requested changes.
How much does it cost per year?
Any other costs? Apart from a possible domain cost, the annual cost from Year 2 onwards are for your hosting and domain renewal – as a guide, for Bronze hosting (which is what we’d expect for most customers) this will cost about £80 per year. If you need any additional support or updates, we’ll give give you the cost up front.
